The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on various legal and corporate matters in ASEAN and Direct Markets in AP.

• Assist on both internal and external coordination of legal issues
• Provide legal advice/opinion in legal matters
• Support Compliance Officers with compliance matters
• Draft, review, and provide advice on financial agreements
• Negotiate loan agreement terms

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law
• 7-10 years of experience in related field
• Experience in consumer protection or commercial law
• Good negotiation, presentation, and law firm management skills
• Excellent command of English
