The Manager, Regional HR Business Partner will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with the organization's business goals and objectives, provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning, lead the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, analyze workforce data and metrics, drive organizational change initiatives, and partner with business units for employee engagement and retention.

• 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate with people leaders
