• Develop program management strategies using Salesforce.com and/or other CRM solution to track and report on program progress.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct the delivery of large, complex projects.
• Manage risks and issues to minimize scope, budget, and schedule impacts.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure Agile principles are adhered to across all program teams.
• Build strong relationships with functional leaders and business partners.
• Engage with senior leaders and escalate risks and issues appropriately.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in preferably with consulting background of project management office for Salesforce.com.
• Extensive experience in program management within a PMO.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
