Instructional Designer analyzes training needs for client-based programs, develops training materials, and evaluates training solutions.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Design and develop learning objectives and outcomes.
• Partner with internal and external clients to create and edit training materials.
• Select effective instructional methods for delivery.
• Design practical application scenarios and exercises.
• Develop and conduct Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions.
• Develop timelines and project plans for development.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required.
• ISD Certifications highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional training and development experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer skills and design skills required.
