The HR Supervisor / Asst. Manager will be responsible for recruitment, compensation management, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll and benefits.

• Recruitment (Develop, coordinate and maintain position descriptions for current/new position)• Compensation Management• Employee Relations• Performance Management System : PMSHRIS• Training and Development (Identify training needs for employees with line managers by evaluating strengths and weaknesses, and prepare the training roadmap)• Payroll and Benefit (Ensure all payroll payment are accurate, pay within timeline and compliance with local/country authority rules and regulation)
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.• At least 10 years of working experience in HRM, HR Operations including recruitment, and employee relation.• Not over 40 years• Good command of English language (oral and written)• Quick thinking, positive attitude, hardworking and responsible.
