Warehouse Manager responsible for overseeing operations, cost analysis, manpower analysis, process optimization, safety compliance, team leadership, and collaboration.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the distribution center, including receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Conduct regular cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Assess staffing needs based on workload and demand forecasts.
• Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and exceed customer expectations. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or distribution center operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis, manpower planning, and process optimization.
• Proven track record of driving results and achieving cost savings in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
