Freudenberg Filtration Technologies is looking for a Business Manager to join their team in Amata City, Chonburi.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Work closely with China and regional teams to acquire new customer projects
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team to calculate costs and submit quotation packages for new projects
• Ensure efficient project management in collaboration with the local production for customer development projects in accordance with customer-specific requirements.
• Ensure efficient launch management at the local production site through target fulfilling Advanced Product Quality Planning up to internal/external approvals, SOP and transfer to operations.
• Drives and implements the business growth strategy
• Coordinates business processes and commercial activities, including pricing payment, negotiation, and contract management, etc
• Builds and maintains good relationship with direct customers, acts as an excellent connection window to customers
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 7 years’ work experience in project management and commercial areas in industrial B2B businesses.
• Fluent English is a must, and Chinese speaking will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated team player in cross-functional team meeting ambitious targets with minimal supervision
• Ability and willingness to take on responsibility and accountability.
• Strong leadership and solution-orientated communication skills.
• High level of self-discipline and self-organization, time management.
• Hard worker with a positive mental attitude able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Regular travels to visit customers in Thailand and Southeast Asia are required.
