The Application Support(ERP) position involves analyzing and resolving application issues, monitoring backups, ensuring server functionality, and collaborating with teams.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• In the event of the application being unresponsive, need to analyze the issue and take the shortest route to bring the application back to its normal working state with minimum downtime.
• Monitor the automatic backup system of the application and ensure the backup of both, the application data and its database, is done every day.
• Work with the Helpdesk team to resolve any backup issues.
• Ensure the application server has enough hard disk space for normal application operation.
• Ensure the hard disk of the application server is well organized and files are stored in proper folders that are easy to find.
• Interact with software experts and learn the process to install and upgrade the ERP systems and other applications.
• Ensure there is always an up-to-date application installed on the server.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Must have basic knowledge of SQL and possess good logic
• Basic knowledge of application programming to help automate various internal tasks
• Good command of English will be an advantage
