Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager responsible for developing and overseeing financial forecast, budgeting process, and long-term strategic financial plans.

• Develop and oversee the company's financial forecast, budgeting process, and long-term strategic financial plans.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs and assumptions.
• Conduct insightful financial performance analysis and key metrics to provide management with actionable insights.
• Prepare regular management reports and presentations that highlight financial performance, key trends, and areas of concern or opportunity.
• Provide financial expertise and support for strategic initiatives, investments, and projects.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior management.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and develop financial models.
• Experience in preparing management reports, financial statements, and presentations for senior management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-making.
