As part of our expansion, GAC Thailand is looking for a dynamic and commercially-driven candidate for the role of Customs Documentation, to be based in Bangkok. Could it be you?

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Key import/export declaration form by paperless system.
• Have experience in import customs clearance process, customs import entry and relevant privilege
• Providing HS Code and proper tariff classification
• Cooperate with GAC's each department, customer, shipping agent / freight forwarder.
• Cooperate with customs house, government division for documents support.
• Prepare customs documents.
• Preparation export documents form such as C/O, Form A.
• Cooperate with customs broker for import/export shipment and messenger.
• Follow up/checked for documents from government division.
• Filing documents.
• Issue Invoices to customers and overseas agents and to GAC companies/associate.

• Experience in Customs Clearance (shipping) field or other related.
• Good interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight dateline.
• Service-minded, good interpersonal and communication skill
