The HR Supervisor at GAC (Thailand) Company Limited's Amata Nakorn Office in Chonburi is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities and functions within the office. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The HR Supervisor will report directly to the HR Manager of GAC (Thailand) Company Limited.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resource and involving with recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, employee relationship, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies and etc.
• Manage and oversee the general office administration for operations with cost effective and efficient in timely manner.
• Advise Management of appropriate solution which comply to legal requirement.
• Develop policy and direct & coordinate human resources activities such as employment compensation, labour relation, benefits, training and employment services and general administration work
• Identify legal requirement and government reporting regulation on human resources function
คุณสมบัติ
• Good command of English speaking and written and have own vehicle
• Bachelor Degree in any related field and thorough knowledge on HR related laws & requirements
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft excel.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar function and environment.
• Having residence in Chonburi and will be based in Amata Nakorn Office.
• Able to travel to Bangkok offices and warehouses (e.g. Bang Pa In, Rayong and etc.)
