The Sales Support (Logistics Services) position at GAC (Thailand) Company Limited involves providing administrative and operational support to the sales team in the logistics services department. This includes assisting with customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, coordinating shipments, and maintaining customer databases. The Sales Support (Logistics Services) position reports to the Sales Manager or the Head of Logistics Services.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Provide effective and efficient administrative and commercial support to the Sales team in Freight
Forwarder business and do the sales visits
• Support the sales team to ensure continual or exceed customer satisfaction.

คุณสมบัติ

• Min 1 year experience in operations/customer service/key account in Logistics/Freight Forwarder field and
knowledge on incoterms
• Strong interpersonal communication skill
• Possess great CRM skills and enjoy developing relationships with customers
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of computer skills
