Searching for a ASEAN Controller with leadership skills to operate effectively in a matrix environment and support growth plans.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Provide direction to implement the most effective financial and accounting strategy
• Drive annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and accounting activities
• Devise tactical activities to enhance finance team operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance and install appropriate financial controls
• Support key tasks, including monthly business review aligned with Regional vision

คุณสมบัติ

• At least 8 years hands-on experience in finance and accounting within an MNC environment
• Minimum 5 years proven track record in supporting a transformational business
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting with Strong Accounting Knowledge (USGAAP)
• Prior costing experience required
• CA or CPD certification equivalent is an added advantage
