• Interfacing with and influencing stakeholders.
• Conducting VAVE workshop with key stakeholders to Identify the areas of high costs and to eliminate them with the help of team.
• Ability to gather and analyze data, perform cost analysis to support regional management.
• Identification of the right products with good potential for subsequent VA/VE activities.
• Applying framework-based approach to product cost improvement.
• Monitoring project status.

• Minimum 5 years, proven track record in automotive aftermarket industry.
• Deep understanding of automotive aftermarket value chain.
• Strong experience in cost reduction projects.
• Proficient in handling project management tools & principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
