The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth of service revenue and maintaining strong customer relationships in Thailand.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Drive proactive growth of LPT service revenue and margin in Thailand.
• Achieve and exceed service sales KPI targets, including but not limited to order intake, sales, gross margin, account receivable and other personal KPIs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships in Thailand.
• Develop Key Account Management strategy for large GEA customers, identifying key stakeholders, understanding annual OPEX budgets, and devising maintenance strategies.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote strategic service offerings such as first service offers, recommended spare part packages, service level agreements, post-commissioning training, plant health checks, and service upgrade projects.
• Maintain and update CRM sales pipelines, business plan, and monthly service sales forecasts.
• Lead continuous service sales strategies aligned with LPT service vision and M26 targets.
• Foster teamwork and rapport within local and remote service teams.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 5 years of sales experience in the service industry.
• Technical sales experience in process engineering systems preferred, particularly in industrial spray drying, powder handling and packing, and liquid processing systems in the food and dairy industry.
• Proven track record in B2B service sales for complex processing lines, including expertise in commercial proposal development, costing, line designs, frontline sales activities, and contract negotiations.
• Experience in key account management considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and CRM.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Thai and English languages, both written and verbal.
• Self-driven with the ability to lead service sales activities independently.
• Extraverted, independent, highly motivated, and service-driven.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
