Assistant Finance Manager - Capital Finance

• Monitor, inspect, and provide guidance on debt management operations, including analysis, planning, and sourcing of loans from financial institutions to meet the company's investment needs, ensuring financial conditions are acceptable and costs are appropriate, as well as ensuring compliance with loan agreements• Monitor, inspect, and provide guidance on equity management operations, including analysis, and planning for capital repayment from shareholders in line with the company's investment needs and regulatory requirements, accurately and completely• Monitor, inspect, and provide guidance on project finance investment operations, including analysis and allocation planning of project investment funds to support the company's strategic plans• Monitor, inspect, and provide guidance on the management of GPSC's long-term loan/debt portfolio, including presenting appropriate financial restructuring information for efficient risk and financial cost management• Collect and analyze financial market data and company's financial structure to facilitate refinancing/debt restructuring, coordinate and consolidate appropriate funding sources information for the company and its subsidiaries' investment/new joint ventures• Contact and coordinate with financial institutions/financial advisors to gather proposal information for analysis and consideration, select financial institutions/financial advisors to ensure suitable conditions and meet GPSC's and affiliated companies' requirements• Collect and analyze financial performance data from financial operations integration, business acquisitions of GPSC group companies for management consideration
