The Sales and Marketing Manager at the Music Academy will be responsible for developing strategies to reach revenue targets, managing company performance, and overseeing daily operations.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Determine sales and marketing strategies to reach company revenue target.
• Manage company Profit and Loss (P/L), monthly performance, trainer capacity and reports that related to sales and operations to present management.
• Participate in developing marketing strategies to support sales action plans to increase sales revenue.
• Manage teacher and student schedules to smoothen learning classes.
• Manage all related to daily operation in the academy.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Solid experience in managing study and learning institutions and/or academy.
• Team leadership capabilities.
• Strong motivating skill and able building relationship to all stakeholders.
• Result-driven and judgement to help team solve problems.
