Account Payable Specialist (AP) responsible for managing accounts payable using the SAP program, ensuring timely and accurate payment of bills and payroll, processing invoices, comparing purchase orders, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and other assigned tasks.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Managing accounts payable using the SAP program.
• Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
• Processing invoices for payment promptly.
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges.
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
• Reconciling SAP ledger with bank statements on a timely basis (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in financial accounting, finance, or economic management.
• Good command of English.
• At least 2 years of working experience in AP.
• Knowledge in SAP is a must.
