The Fleet Sales Government Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, understanding government needs and procurement procedures, building and maintaining relationships, having product knowledge and competitive advantage, and providing regular reports and updates.

• Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plan: Create a detailed sales plan specifically for government agencies at the local, state, and central levels. • Understand Government Needs and Procurement Procedures: Gain a deep understanding of the specific needs, requirements, and procurement processes of government agencies. • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build strong relationships with government sector officials, procurement officers, and decision-makers. • Product Knowledge and Competitive Advantage: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product line, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. • Provide Regular Reports and Updates: Prepare and deliver timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and opportunities to senior management.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet sales or a related field, with demonstrated success in government sector sales. • Strong understanding of government procurement procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
