The Information System Implementation (SAP) MM/PP position involves overseeing the functional operation and maintenance of the SAP system, as well as assisting users with usage issues.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for the functional operation and maintenance of the MM/PP part of the SAP system and help users solve usage problems.
• Responsible for the maintenance of SAP system related processes in the OA system.
• Participated in the collection, analysis and compilation of procurement and inventory management related system requirements, as well as project implementation, testing and deployment.
• Coordinate relevant resources to carry out system configuration adjustment or secondary development, and support the optimization of business processes of business departments.
• Formulate operating procedures, operating instructions and other relevant documents for each system, and provide guidance and training to ensure users use the system correctly and continuously improve user satisfaction.
• Undertake various department indicators and decompose task items to achieve the achievement of KPIs.
• Working with Share Service team to implement the new project roll out from Group.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by IT Manager.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Logistics management or related fields.
• Have experience in implementing logistics modules in the SAP MM, PP, and SD modules including but not limited.
• Have strong logical thinking ability, clear thinking, good at analyzing, summarizing, and solving problems, and able to independently or lead a team to carry out project development.
• Problem analysis knowledge.
• Good communication in English or Chinese would be advantage.
