The Logistics Deputy Director is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations, managing various operational functions, and contributing to the organization's success.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute operations strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Monitor and adapt strategies plan in Logistics.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure relevant departments store factory materials according to the process.
• Manage emerging problems and analyze abnormal situations.
• Maintain warehouse staff, training them and monitoring their performance.
• Lead achievement of direct/indirect material budgets.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management & Business Administration, MBA, or related field.
• At least 18 years’ experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management OEM or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in operation management with at least 10 years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
