The Parts Ordering Operations Specialist is responsible for releasing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, expediting parts delivery, and analyzing inventory.

• Release purchase order to GWM Headquarter in China and local suppliers based on demand forecasting needs.
• Monitor and maintain inventory level to ensure supply fill rate and inventory turn achieving the target.
• Review safety stock as daily basis.
• Expedite parts delivery with suppliers to follow up a shipment and fulfill outstanding order (customer back order) following standard delivery schedule and commitment.
• Urgent arrange shipment for part that low safety stock or back order.
• Part movement type review every month.
• Analysis cause of back order
• Inventory analysis
• Complete process includes receiving part and payment to supplier.
