Quality Management Specialist (Automotive) [Bangna km.13]
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Provide support and relay information from Technical Hotline to the Plant Team.
• Communicate product concerns to the field on a timely basis, drafting and releasing Technical Service Bulletins and Product Information Letters.
• Manage the appropriate level of parts to support Technical Service Bulletin, recall campaign, and field service action releases.
• Administer safety and service campaigns and programs.
• Develop and release technical service bulletins, field service actions, and recall campaign documents to the market.
• Monitor product quality issues and generate reports for management.
คุณสมบัติ
• At least 5 years of experience in Automotive (Quality Management Engineer / Technical Support / After sales)
• Technical knowledge and diagnostic skill with high sense of urgency and service minded.
• Good writing and speaking in English.
