• Manage the technical service team to support dealers in solving technical problems.
• Develop and provide technical solutions to customers for problem resolution.
• Coordinate with R&D to investigate the root cause of technical problems and develop corrective actions.
• Manage the provision of technical information to ensure dealers' technicians have knowledge of products.
• Develop technical training programs for dealers' technicians.
• Manage the arrangement of training schedules and ensure the attendance of nationwide dealers' technicians.

• At least 10 years experience in technical Support, technical training and warranty in automotive industry.
• Very well-technical knowledge and diagnostic skill with high sense of urgency and service minded.
• Good command in speaking and writing English.
