System Operation (Telematics) position for new graduates
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Monitor Telematics Services via Company's Dedicated Platform.
• Support Customers for Basic Troubleshooting in Telematics Field.
• Solve and follow up Telematics issue
• Solve the IoT System, Data management
• Create Incident / Issue / Trace and Tracking Report.
• Cooperate with 3rd parties to handling the Telematics problem
• Stand by support urgent cases
• Create User Manual / Handbook / Training Document to support explain and share with external for standardizing the operation.
• Logically and clear communication with Product Development to output countermeasure with maximum effectiveness.
คุณสมบัติ
• Have an experience IoT device, especially about Telematics service / Connected service / Automotive business
• Have an experience to use cloud service / cloud platform (AWS, Huawei, Azure)
• Familiar with System Monitoring Tools. /Familiar with Progress Tracking Tools. (Ex.: JIRA)
• Good English communication skill.
• Basic understand about Vehicle Operation / Vehicle Usage Scenario.
• Basic understanding about Connected Vehicle / Telematics Service / Infotainment System.
• Basic understanding about Network / Connectivity / Cellular and basic troubleshooting.
• Able to visualize issue / incident in the summary report.
• Negotiation skill with developer to fixed countermeasure schedule.
• Able to speak/read fluent Chinese.
