Industrial Engineer (Product Engineer) responsible for project planning, execution, BOM control, change management, and cost reduction projects.

• Initiates project plans with scheduled actions and required resources
• Executes projects according to established plan
• Responsible for BOM control and maintenance
• Maintain Change management related to product development process
• Team member of plant project team
• Responsible for routing estimation for new products

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
• 3+ years experience in new product trail, cost reduction, and line balance
• Good command of English, TOEIC score 500+
• Leadership skill, product cost, testing skills, project management, controlling
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS project, SAP
