The position of Process Engineer (Instrumental/Test Engineer, Lean Engineer) involves developing and maintaining test standards, documents, and instrumentation systems to ensure product quality and reliability, as well as leading efforts to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes to eliminate waste and enhance productivity using Lean tools and methodologies.

• Develop and maintain test standards, documents, and instrumentation systems to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Assess/Analyze data and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of test-related issues.
• Manage testing-related projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Support and participate in company activities e.g. CIP (KPI), Continuous Improvement, TPM, 5S.
• Cooperate and support all management systems in the company (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.)

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Instrumental, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in testing and instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and instrumentation systems, sensors and fixtures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and tools for quality control.
