• Responsible for the robotic systems, run simulation, system integration, implementation, commissioning and programming.
• Responsible for continues process optimization to support robotic application for production processes to achieve plant targets as output and defect.
• Tools development, programming and maintain robotic system to get production run smoothly with good quality for Zinc Die Cast Robotic and Grinding Polishing Robotics.
• Cooperate with tools designer to achieve proper and efficient set up for robotic systems.
• Develop and follow up robotic system to improve safety, quality and productivity.
• Lead and assist production in all quality and process related topics and issues.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation System or related fields.
• 3+ years extensive experience in Robotic system.
• PLC programming knowledge and able to analyze root cause and troubleshooting PLC programming, robotic mechanical and electrical problem.
• Excellent robotic with high level and background programming skills on ABB, KUKA or equivalent brands.
• Able to work with interface, programming and operating robot. (Knowledge in CNC programming is a plus).
