Seeking an accomplished IT Leader to oversee IT service management, network infrastructure, and projects.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Leader of IT team to response and support daily users' requirements and issues or meeting/contact related parties to find the solutions and coordinate with IT- Local team, regional team and headquarter team.
• Coordinate, maintain, and enhance IT service management in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure IT requirements are met and integrated seamlessly into project plans.
• Coordinate, maintain, and optimize the organization's network and infrastructure.
• Provide timely resolution of IT-related issues, develop effective work-around solutions, and establish monitoring tools and procedures to ensure streamlined processes.
• Provide technical support and expertise for all new projects related to network infrastructure and IT services.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on IT service management, network administration, and project support, Google Workspace implementation and management.
• Good command of English, conversational and writing skill (TOEIC score 550+).
• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace applications, services, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices and data protection within the Google Workspace environment.
