Key Account Manager responsible for developing sales and maintaining positive relationships within a specific customer group in Bangkok, Thailand.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Identify different stakeholders (policy makers) and utilize the right approach to promote sales development.
• Ensure quality opportunity pipeline and comprehensive hit rate.
• Proactively follow up, analyze and report on Key Accounts and ensure regular dialogues.
• Introduce new product and solutions to the customers.
• Monitor and report on pipeline, order intake, sales, profitability and drive debt collections within own area.
• Drive the yearly negotiations with Key Accounts.
• Ensure knowledge sharing with the team and take responsibility for own competence development.
• Review substantial quotations and project bids.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we are perceived as highly customer Centric and collaborative ensuring ONE-GRUNDFOS.
• Other ad-hoc tasks or project as and when required.
คุณสมบัติ
• Min. a Bachelor in business and/or engineering combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience from a large international company working in a similar role.
• Experience of working in a Key Account role.
• Fluent in English is a requirement.
• Frequent travel within the role must be expected.
