Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance culture development, performance, leadership, career development, employee retention, learning culture, well-being and training environments.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop program and activities such as staff outing, Team Building to support staff wellbeing, morale and the development of employee relationships at work
• Lead and coordination of employee experience program and activities, and work with relevant functions
• Ensure required staff and materials are available and prepared for events or activities
• Evaluate the success of each activity and event, and identify opportunities for improvement in the future
• Control Budget for assigned programs and activities
• Produce contents and materials, including infographics, to communicate relevant employee engagement and communication programs and activities
• Ensure effective communication channels are established and personalized to foster high engagement levels among diverse groups of employees with the right frequency, timing, and customized approach

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or senior or specialized roles a related field
• Relevant work experience in human resources, employee engagement, or a related field is valuable. Experience in planning and executing employee events or programs is a plus
• Familiarity with organizational development, talent management, and performance improvement
• Understanding of employee engagement theories and best practices
• Knowledge of current trends and innovations in HR and employee engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for conveying engagement initiatives and building effective relationships with employees
• The ability to lead and inspire others, especially in the context of team-building activities and culture development
• Effective planning, coordination, and execution of programs and events require strong organizational skills
• The capability to assess the success of engagement initiatives through data analysis and employee feedback
• Developing engaging activities and communication materials often requires a creative mindset
• Building relationships with diverse groups of employees and collaborating with different departments are essential
