The HROD Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational development projects, as well as providing guidance on talent development.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Developing and implementing OD projects such as performance management, high potential program, career path, leadership development program
• Talking with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies
• Developing organizational and people development strategies
• Designing, aligning, and implementing plans for increasing successor & talent pipeline
• Monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating development plans and successor & talent careers
• Creating succession plans
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or Social Administration, Communication or related fields
• At least 7 years’ experience in organization development, people strategy, performance management, talent management, or related fields, preferable experience from HR leading consulting firm
• Analytical and conceptual thinking with ability to apply concepts into practical solutions
• Strong Planning and Organizational skills
• Strong Leadership skills, Positive Thinking, and Good Human Relations
