The Purchasing Manager (Transmission Line, Substation) will be responsible for procurement management of the Transmission line project to ensure maximum efficiency and meet target deadlines.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Control procurement processes and other procurement processes to meet set targets and policies.
• Manage procurement processes and procurement policies to meet organizational goals.
• Compare and negotiate with trade partners for quality products and cost management.
• Control procurement processes within specified budget.
• Manage budgeting and procurement plans.
• Monitor subordinates to ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational goals.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years experience in transmission line project preferred.
• Good knowledge of Supply chain and benefits of the public sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Verbal proficiency in English.
