To establish, design, analyst, and evaluate engineering process. To Design process, plan, control parameter, setup-machine and coordinate all activities involved in wafer fabrication process, including troubleshooting machines and improvement in order to meet requirement and Customer's expectation.

• Establish, design, analyst, and evaluate engineering process. • Design process, plan, control parameter, setup-machine and coordinate all activities involved in wafer fabrication process. • Troubleshoot machines and make improvements to meet requirements and Customer's expectations.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's , Master degree in Electronics, Electrical, Semiconductor Engineering or Physic, Chemistry and Material Science. • New Graduates or 1-3 years of working experience in semiconductor field. • Good English communication skill. Understanding Korean is an advantage. • Experience in Chip Design, Wafer backgrinding process, Package saw process, COB process. • Knowledge in Micro electronics such as surface mount technology(SMT), chip on board assembly(COB), printed circuit board assembly(PCBA).
