The Solutions Engineer for Quality Management Software at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence will provide pre-sales and technical support to accelerate the implementation of QMS solutions.

• Assist the sales team in engaging pre-sales activities (solution demonstration & technical discussion), determine customer requirements, and address technical questions that arise throughout the pre-sales process.
• Configure and present the QMS Product Suite (Q-DAS, eMMA and ETQ Reliance) for sales demonstrations via onsite and/ or online.
• Review and answer technical questions and documents submitted by prospects, customers, and/ or internal staff.
• Assist in the completion of RFP’s and technical / solution documents.
• Customer liaison to assist services in developing customer service quotes.
• Provide first-level support to prospects that are performing Proof-of-Concept trial evaluation and workshop before they are handed to Technical Support.

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, software or manufacturing process.
• Proven technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as product training will be conducted in English language.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software.
• Basic software development knowledge.
