The Procurement Officer (Oversea) is responsible for contacting overseas suppliers, creating purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• To contact Oversea supplier for purchase order, delivery schedule, forecast plan, etc.
• Receive PR, checking term and condition (price, MOQ Lead time), create Purchase order.
• Checking Shipping Document (invoice, packing list, BL), other document before shipment
• Work & Cooperation under ISO9001 and ISO14001
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree in Logistic, International Business, Etc.
• Have experience in Import purchasing more than 1-2 years.
• SAP system.
• Able & Understand the drawing ( Basic ).
• Have knowledge condition term of Import.
