Service Engineer position requiring Bachelor’s Degree in Major Mechanical Engineering and 2-5 years of field service experience in construction machine or heavy industry.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Conduct the technical training to dealers and customers.
• Assist dealers in resolving issues and complaints concerning products.
• Assist dealers in spare parts recommend.
• Summarize the warranty claim from dealers.
• Analyzation warranty claim cases.
• Maintain contact with dealers to obtain customer feedback regarding product performance and quality.
คุณสมบัติ
• Good communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good technical knowledge and skills on the company’s products and services.
• Good level of customer relationship management skills and computer proficiency(MS office, SAP, CRM).
• Good organization skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Good command in English both speaking and well writing.
