• Assists the Supervisor in the coordination of daily management in scope GDC warehouse area and ensure there is smooth operation.
• Inform of relevant the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Work Instructions (WI) are being maintained, irregular or obsolete which not update on actual activity to above level.
• Review the state of GDC warehouse operation and leading an ideal to improvement.
• GDC Warehouse on the job operation control on standard.
• Daily operation plan, monitoring, and report.
• Operation area 5s control.
• Ensure compliance to quality and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure warehouse ERP system is smooth and report any irregular event to Supervisor.
• Reporting defects, damages or non-conformance found on Product packaging or Materials to supervisor.
• Input and output productivity control and report any irregular to supervisor.
• Disseminate information, executing tasks given by Supervisor.
• Host / participate in Daily Operation Meetings.
• Monthly summary report requirement from Supervisor.
คุณสมบัติ
Qualifications Degree in Supply Chain Management / Engineer / Logistics or relate filed At least 3-5 years of Warehouse & Logistic, import & export and relate field experience is required Good Command in English both verbal and written Computer literacy skill Good ability to work independently as well as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Technically proficient and possess good planning and organization skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to examine report and data in order to recommend improvements to procedures.
