The Supplier Quality Engineer Manager is a key position in Notebook Supply Chain Asia Operations Engineering organization.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Implement & manage ODM Supplier Quality Management system.
• Manage the ODM Supplier Quality metrics & improve ODM Supplier Quality to ensure zero Quality excursion and continuous Quality improvement with process controls.
• Perform deep dive Process Engineering Audits, identify systemic weaknesses and drive Suppliers for process improvement initiatives.
• Drive Best Practices standardization across ODM managed Suppliers.
• Lead in improving Supplier Quality Management for all ODM’s supplier.
• Act as Supplier Quality Engineering Consultant to all ODM’s supplier.
คุณสมบัติ
• QA, or Engineering background.
• Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred.
• Rich working experience in mechanical part design and tooling engineer in laptop industry is a plus.
• About 10 years’ work experience and strong knowledge related to the manufacturing, design, and Mechanical/ Electrical components.
• Strong background in industry relative process, like paining, plastic, stamping, anodizing, and CNC
