หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
Responsibilities:
Servicing of chocolate processing machinery
Servicing and adjustment of optical sorting equipment
Perform onsite inspection, installation and commissioning of equipment / machines, troubleshooting and customer training of company products
Promote and support after sales activities with active spare parts and retrofit upgrade sales
Regular communication with customer representatives from technician to management level
Liaise with production sites and regional team for technical support and back up
Adapts its work independently depending on the situation and work load
Creation and documentation of clear and concise technical / service / takeover / commissioning report
คุณสมบัติ
Education/Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum five years of experience as an Engineer in troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installation
Knowledge in Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic would be advantageous
Knowledge in programming of robots would be advantageous

Ability to work under pressure, flexible and adapts working hours to situation
Ability to work independently, define, schedule and monitor own activities
Ability to identify, evaluate and solve problems
Good customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and completing the scope of service in a timely and professional manner
Good team player and inter-personal skills
Good written and verbal communication in English & Mandarin for communication to customers and internal stakeholders
Willingness to learn
Willingness to travel
