Our is a leading Industrial group from USA (over 10,000 Employees) and provides machinery for the Feed sector (Filling and processing machines for proteins, bakery ingredients, pet food etc). The Operations Director will lead and manage the manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers. This role is essential in establishing efficient manufacturing processes and supporting the company's growth. หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
Job Responsibilities:
Production Management:
• Lead and manage a team of 40 individuals in the production department.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize production processes.
• Develop and execute production strategies to meet targets, quality standards, and customer delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production workflows and timely product delivery.
• Provide expert feedback on manufacturing methods to address non-conformance and quality matters.
Engineering:
• Direct the engineering department and oversee design and project teams.
• Ensure successful execution of engineering projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Serve as point of escalation for project-related matters with clients.
• Drive new product development and cost reduction strategies.
• Provide expert feedback on engineering design to address design and project matters.
Supply Chain Management:
• Direct the supply chain function, including logistics and procurement.
• Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to develop strategic sourcing strategies and vendor relationships.
Leadership and Development:
• Implement a structured chain of command and define reporting relationships within each department.
• Set objectives and performance metrics for teams and individuals.
• Provide regular updates on operational performance and strategic initiatives to Managing Director and Global HQ.
คุณสมบัติ
• At least 10-15 years of working experience in the field of Manufacturing Management and Industrial operations
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in setting up new manufacturing facilities and managing the engineering function in a hands-on manner.
• Exceptional leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai is a plus.
