Our client is a prominent packaging manufacturing company based in France. The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including payroll, compliance, talent acquisition, and HR development initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, and learning and development across six countries in the APAC region.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations in the APAC regional
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations in the APAC region.
- Lead Talent Acquisition efforts, coordinating recruitment activities across six countries.
- Implement and drive HR Development initiatives, including succession planning and performance management.
- Develop and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure consistent and effective HR practices.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and policies.
Act as a business partner across business unit heads to train and continuously promote HR excellence across the region.
- Directly manage 2 subordinates : Performance objectives and monitoring.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources management
- Mandatory HR regional experience and existing experience in HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
