Service Account Managers are responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may encounter. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional service and meet client expectations. The Service Account Manager reports to the Director of Client Services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all their service needs.
• Understand clients' business objectives and provide guidance and strategic solutions to help them achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful service delivery to clients.
• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of services provided.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with recruitment team to understand client recruiting needs and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Promote the company's services and values to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Proven experience in account management or customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
