Demand Planners have an important role in Supply Chain organizations, responsible for developing short-term and long-term product demand forecasts, analyzing current and future market conditions, and creating plans to meet customer needs. This includes working with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management. Demand Planners must ensure that a company's supply chain operations meet customer needs and meet overall business objectives. หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
1. Develop, maintain and track demand forecasts for all products and SKUs
2. Utilize forecasting techniques to improve accuracy and ensure customer demand is met
3. Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to gather data and ensure demand forecasts are based on the most up-to-date and accurate information
4. Analyze demand trends and monitor customer service levels
5. Prepare and issue weekly, monthly and annual demand forecasts
6. Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasts as needed
7. Develop and maintain demand planning models
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of demand planning processes
9. Manage and maintain the demand planning system
10. Identify and resolve potential supply chain issues related to customer demand and inventory levels
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related field
• In-depth knowledge of forecasting and inventory management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
