• Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring they are innovative and impactful.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the company's creative processes.
• Review and provide feedback on all creative materials, including graphics, videos, and written content.
• Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to think outside the box and take risks.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, and address any concerns or feedback.
• Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of creative campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
