The Field Service Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the field service operations of the company. This includes coordinating and supervising field service technicians, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The Field Service Director reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the field service department.
• Oversee and manage a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze field service operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer support, to ensure seamless coordination and communication for effective service delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Develop and manage the field service budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining service quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements, recommending and implementing innovative tools and techniques to improve field service operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of field service technicians, providing feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations in all field service activities.

คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business administration
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field service management role
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of field service technicians
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
