Indigo Restaurant Group is looking for talented Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team at Indigo Cafe' & Restaurant, one of the most visited cafe & restaurant on Koh Phangan, Thailand.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Set the system, effective work flow in the kitchen to ensure the food come out consistency in taste and presentation and along with our standard.
• Delegate the tasks among the team properly and manage the work load in rush hour effectively.
• Managing inventory/ stock and ingredients ordering in the kitchen. First-in First-Out (FIFO) application.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and the food, ingredients and equipments at all times.
• Training and coaching staffs to have a standard of work and food quality.
• Do weekly roster, performance evaluation, approve leaves.

คุณสมบัติ

• Experiences at least 3-5 years in the kitchen of established hotels or restaurants.
• Know the system, stock, work flow and have a delegation skill.
• Active, organize and clean.
• Able to work in multi-cultural and multi-national workplace.
• Vegetarian / Plant-based food background is an advantage but not a must.
