หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Create purchase orders for supplies
• Maintain product list and update vendor information
• Manage all incoming orders (PR)
• Assist Supply Chain Head in contacting suppliers for necessary information
• Assist in finding new suppliers and product replacements
• Ensure proper organization of purchase orders from Central Kitchen & stores
• Maintain and monitor stock levels
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum D3 education in any field
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position
• Maximum age of 35 years old
• Background in F&B, knowledge of products and vendors
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Proficient in SAP and Ms. Office
