• Take part in a 36-month rotational program in either Manufacturing or Supply Chain tracks. • Build technical skills and personal capabilities through on-the-job learning, strategic project work, and instructor-led trainings. • Move to a new location at least once during the program. • Enroll in the GTO Learning Curriculum with three main components. • Work on various rotations such as Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Production Planning, Logistics, Customer Support, and more. • Collaborate with global cohort in North America, South America, APAC, and EMEA.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field specific to cohort track. • 0-3 years of professional experience in production environment. • Willingness to remain geographically mobile throughout the program. • Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information. • Native in Thai language and fluent in English.
