Global Talent for Operations (GTO) Trainee – Production Supervisor at Ingredion

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Participate in a 36-month rotational program in either Manufacturing or Supply Chain tracks. • Take on a new role every 12 months to build technical skills and personal capabilities. • Engage in on-the-job learning, strategic project work, and instructor-led trainings. • Move to a new location at least once during the program. • Enroll in the GTO Learning Curriculum with three main components. • Work with a global cohort in locations such as North America, South America, APAC, and EMEA.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field specific to cohort track. • 0-3 years of professional experience in a production environment. • Willingness to remain geographically mobile throughout the 36-month program. • Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills. • Native in Thai language and fluent in English.
